How Many mL of E-Liquid Is Inside a 10,000 Puff Vape

If you’re searching “10000 puff vape how many ml”, the short answer is 14 to 18 ml of e-liquid for most rechargeable models. The ELF BAR BC10000 holds 18 ml and the FLONQ Max Smart holds 14 ml, and both are rated at around 10,000 puffs. The ml figure, not the puff number, tells you how much you’re really buying.

Farah, a regular from Al Barsha, sent us two photos one night around 10pm. She’d finished a 10,000 puff disposable in Grape Ice, plus a second device with a bigger puff number on the front, and the bigger one ran out first. She was sure the second one was a fake.

I asked her to turn both boxes over. The one with the smaller puff number listed more millilitres on the back. Nothing was fake. She’d compared the number on the front instead of the one on the back.

The puff count is the maker’s estimate. The ml is what’s actually inside.

How much e-liquid do the 10,000 puff vapes we stock hold?

These are the two 10,000 puff disposables we carry, with the e-liquid figures their makers publish. The last column shows how many puffs each rating expects from 1 ml.

Device Rated puffs E-liquid Rated puffs per 1 ml
ELF BAR BC10000 Up to 10,000 18 ml About 555
FLONQ Max Smart About 10,000 14 ml About 714

Sources: ELFBAR BC10000 spec listing and FLONQ Max Smart product page. We stock the BC10000 in 20mg and 50mg nicotine salt (a form of nicotine used in most disposables), and the Max Smart in 20mg.

Both devices are Type-C rechargeable, so the battery isn’t what ends them. When the e-liquid is gone, the device is done.

Why do two 10,000 puff vapes hold different amounts of e-liquid?

Each brand works out its puff count its own way. A test machine takes puffs of a set length, and the maker divides the tank by how much liquid one test puff uses. There’s no single rule for how long that test puff should be.

The table above shows the result. The FLONQ rating expects about 714 puffs from each ml, while the ELF BAR rating expects about 555. So the FLONQ number assumes each puff uses less liquid.

Coil power and airflow also change how much liquid each puff uses. Neither rating is wrong. They’re just measured differently, which is why the puff number alone can’t tell you which device lasts longer.

Here’s the useful part. If you puff the same way on both, and both coils use liquid at a similar rate, 18 ml gives you close to 30% more puffs than 14 ml (18 divided by 14 is about 1.29).

10000 puff vape: how many ml is normal?

Across the two 10,000 puff models we stock, the range is 14 to 18 ml. Both are rechargeable, both list their e-liquid clearly, and both come from brands that publish their specs.

Here’s the honest version. If a box promises 10,000 puffs but lists well under 14 ml, expect it to run out sooner than the number suggests, unless you take very short puffs.

Before you buy any 10,000 puff device, compare the ml on the box with the brand’s own published spec. If the two don’t match, or the box doesn’t show the ml at all, don’t buy it.

How many days do 14 ml and 18 ml last?

The easiest way to judge is by how much liquid you use in a day. Most devices with a screen show the e-liquid as a percentage or a bar, so you can work it out after two or three days.

For example, if the reading on an 18 ml BC10000 drops 10% in a day, you’ve used about 1.8 ml.

E-liquid you use a day 14 ml device 18 ml device
0.5 ml About 28 days About 36 days
1 ml About 14 days About 18 days
1.5 ml About 9 days About 12 days
2 ml About 7 days About 9 days

At 1 ml a day, the 18 ml device gives you four extra days. That’s the real gap between these two devices, not the puff number on the front.

One honest note. If you use under half a ml a day, a 10,000 puff device will last you a month or more. Most people get tired of one flavour before then, so a smaller device may suit you better than chasing extra ml.

Heat matters too. In a UAE summer, a disposable left in a parked car can leak, and leaked e-liquid is ml you paid for but never use. Keep it in a pocket or bag, not on the dashboard.

Can you refill a 10,000 puff vape when the e-liquid runs out?

No. Disposables like the BC10000 and Max Smart are sealed. The Type-C port only charges the battery. It doesn’t let you add e-liquid.

When the e-liquid reads empty, or you get a burnt taste with a charged battery, replace the device. Don’t try to open it.

If you’d rather keep one device and only swap the liquid, look at a pod system instead (a rechargeable device that uses pod cartridges you replace when they’re empty).

Which should you get: 14 ml or 18 ml?

Get the ELF BAR BC10000 (18 ml) if you vape through the day or take longer draws. It gives you the most e-liquid of the 10,000 puff devices we stock, in 20mg or 50mg.

Get the FLONQ Max Smart (14 ml) if you take short puffs, want 20mg, and like trying less common flavours such as Banana Milkshake or Pineapple Coconut.

Coming from shisha or dokha and want a lighter hit? Start with 20mg in either device. You can always move up to 50mg in the BC10000 later.

Next time you compare 10,000 puff vapes, turn the box over and read the ml first. At about 1 ml a day, either device gives you two to three weeks, and the extra 4 ml in the BC10000 is where the difference really sits.

Frequently asked questions

How many ml is in a 10,000 puff vape?

Most rechargeable 10,000 puff disposables hold between 14 and 18 ml of e-liquid. The ELF BAR BC10000 is listed at 18 ml and the FLONQ Max Smart at 14 ml. The puff count is the maker’s estimate, so the ml figure is the better way to compare how much you are buying.

Does more ml mean more puffs?

Usually, if you puff the same way on both devices. An 18 ml device holds about 29% more e-liquid than a 14 ml one. Coil power and airflow also change how much liquid each puff uses, so treat it as a strong guide rather than an exact rule.

How do I know how many ml I use a day?

Watch the e-liquid reading on your device’s screen for two or three days. Multiply the daily drop by the tank size. A 10% drop on an 18 ml device means about 1.8 ml a day. Divide the tank size by that number to see how many days the device will last.

Can I refill a 10,000 puff disposable vape?

No. Disposables like the ELF BAR BC10000 and FLONQ Max Smart are sealed and not built to be refilled. The Type-C port charges the battery only. When the e-liquid reads empty, or the taste turns burnt with a charged battery, it is time to replace the device.

Is a 10,000 puff vape with less than 14 ml fake?

Not always. Some brands rate their puff count on very short puffs, so they list less liquid for the same number. Compare the ml on the box with the brand’s official specs. If the two do not match, or the packaging looks off, do not use it.
